- In order to schedule appointments on-line, you must first receive a private password from the salon (new clients may receive a password at checkout on their initial appointment). After you log on, please update your client file and change your password if desired.
- Simply follow the step by step directions for reserving an appointment. In order to ensure sufficient time is scheduled to properly finish a chemical service (color, permanent waves, texturizing, relaxing, etc.), you must also schedule an appointment for either a haircut or style. Otherwise there will not be enough processing time to perform the service.
- If you schedule an appointment with one of our Training Team designers, all chemical services are booked with their assistants. As always, the service with the assistant will be under the direction of your designer. Our current assistants are:

- Be sure to print off your confirmation number. Also make sure that our email (info@pharaohshairum.com) is on your safe list.
- If you are scheduling an appointment for someone else, you must use their email address and password. Each location requires an email address and password for each individual.
- Once your appointment is made, it may not be moved or changed through on-line booking. Please call the salon directly if you need to change your appointment.
Our customer service staff will review your appointment to be sure it is booked correctly, and they will notify you of any changes that need to be made
IMPORTANT – Be sure that your pop-up blocker is disabled. If you are using Internet Explorer, it must be 6.0 or higher. Windows XP and personal firewall settings must allow viewing of the log-in page.
