Salon Policies

Cancellations must be received at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment to avoid full-service charges. We can apply gift cards to missed appointments.

Because of the amount of time that is specially reserved for services longer than three hours, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit to guarantee the booking, and cancellations must be 48 hours before scheduled services.

We welcome our youngest guests; however, for safety and insurance purposes, children must be accompanied by an adult and are not able to enter the spa area without an appointment. Anyone under 18 years old must have a responsible adult with them for consultations.

COVID-19

Pharaoh’s Hairum is committed to preventing the spread of COVID-19 in the community. Our staff and facilities are adhering to safety measures set in place by the CDC. We are the only salon in the Rochester area to use a custom ventilation system. Our additional IWave Ionic Purifier also helps to alleviate bacteria, mold, and viruses (including COVID-19).
